We craft customized strategies for non-profit organizations of all sizes and across all sectors in the areas of fundraising, leadership development and planning.  Our practical, strategic and tactical advice is built around a deep working knowledge of each client organization’s unique culture, capabilities, challenges and resources.

Our Experience

As founder and principal of Advancement Advisers, Allison brings to the role of consultant a unique resume of experience as a litigation attorney, a major gift fundraiser, and dedicated volunteer. She enjoys partnering with clients, helping them to problem solve by offering strategic, practical solutions. Teamwork and collaboration offer the best results.

Our Expertise

Throughout her career as both a professional fundraiser and consultant, Allison has been a frequent speaker on a variety of advancement topics at the invitation of Bank of America Charitable Foundation and Associated Grant Makers’ Nonprofit Learning Institute, the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFPMASS), District I of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE DI), The Alliance for Nonprofit Growth and Opportunity (TANGO), and Women in Development of Greater Boston (WIDGB).
